Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection. Please review product descriptions and size charts before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our store’s contact page within FIVE (5) days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or refund when approved.

Please contact us before returning any item. For approved claims, any required return shipping will be covered by the buyer.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
